Was 24 min into a 40 min laser etch in wood and this popped up, laser stopped right where it was and has not moved…

Nothing has changed, the USB appears to be snug. I have never had this happen before, granted I am pretty new to this so… But my CNC (which I have had for a few years now, has never done this but it is a different software… Thank you for the suggestions!!
