Marking changes the size of T1 and T2, padlock closed

Maybe its the changed behavior of T1/T2 with 1.3x, that was discussed here:

Version 1.3.00 Tool path not framing?

T1 and T2 not framing when i change to layer 1234 etc frame is working fine switch back to T1 and/or T2 framing not working on those.

In my eyes still a bug
