ich habe ein Problem mit meinem Galvo-Laser, den Laser habe ich kalibriert und die
grössen ausgemessen. Wenn ich dann jedoch die eingegebene Grösse meiner Gravur
starten will, ist das Layout auf dem Laser zu gross.

Could the drawing be in millimeters and the software in inches?
If the difference is about 4 times greater, this is a strong probability.
