Is it possible to actually EXPORT, not just save, the information from the materials library into a spreadsheet of some variety (xlxs, csv)?

No. This isn’t currently an option.

Having said that, the file format for .clb (material library) files is in XML. With motivation it wouldn’t be particularly difficult to convert from XML to a desired format.

I developed a macro-enabled Excel workbook which imports a Material Library .clb file, and displays the cut information nicely (see below for a portion of my library). My motivation was to calculate the energy flux (Joules/mm^2, same as Watt-Sec/mm^2) for each type of cut (line, fill and image), just for comparison purposes.
