I am not able to use different engrave power settings in lightburn with my xtool. I’m assuming that the fix is something simple as a setting or my machine isnt compatible with lightburn.
I tried doing the material test that lightburn has, but all the squares came out the same. No issues with doing engrave test in XCS.
Please take a screenshot of the material test settings that you used.
My apologies for not responding sooner. Never realized I had a response. I was able to get it work by selecting constant power mode. Still newbie as to when to use to use that mode
Is P2 only compatible with M3 commands? That would be strange.
The fact that you get a cut at all means that M4 works. By using Constant Power mode that would normally disable variable power mode that’s meant to modulate power while the laser accelerates/decelerates.
