Using a 10w UV trying to do material test on slate, not getting results I would expect. Wondering if my settings for the material test are incorrect. Other material test I have done have produced a wider spectrum of results. on the slate they appear to similar except for just a few squares in the top right corner. I have done some leather testing recently and I’m seeing the same thing, not much of a difference.
using frequency range of 45-75, and q-pulse 1-10, I am new to uv but I was told 1, which is true with other engravings I have trialed.
With my fiber, I get a major variation using interval, q-pulse has it’s uses, but I find variations of the interval does a lot more…
This is with a fiber, not a uv, but thought I’d mention it.
This is stainless steel dog tag… you can see the variation with just speed and interval.
