Plötzlich beim Arbeiten fordert mich die Software auf Lizenz Schlüssel einzugeben,
aber dieser wird nicht angenommen obwohl er hinterlegt ist

I am not following what this means. Please provide additional information, what you do when you get this message. You have access to the License Portal to self-manage your seat allocation. If something has changed enough, rare, but system updates can do this, your computer might ‘look’ like a new system. You can clear your current allocations and re-apply the key. Let us know how you progress.
