Message says my laser can't communicate with lightburn

Here’s the message I’m getting. I have not paid yet, I’m on a trial license. Would that be why? Any suggestions? The machine is not being used or on pause.

Check first that you have the correct COM port selected in the drop down menu in the laser window.

I checked with device manager, here’s what I got

Is it possible I have to install the IBDEV file? If so how?

It automatically took Com 3. I switched it to Com 6 and everything lit up. Not sure why it didn’t indicate Com 3 had anything going on that Com 6 had going on. But it worked.
