Mi máquina sculpfun S9 no grava

Buenos dias, tengo una máquina sculpfun S9 no graba, tampoco corta.
El láser enciende y hace el recorrido, pero al final no graba. Ya revise parametros y nada, la máquina tiene poco uso.

Good morning, I have a Sculpfun S9 machine, and it won’t engrave or cut.
The laser turns on and moves, but it doesn’t engrave. I’ve checked the parameters and nothing. The machine hasn’t been used much.

In the Move window, set the Power to 1%, then click on the Fire button.

Do you see the blue dot on the material below the laser module?
