  1. Turn off frame and cut out parts
  2. Turn on Frame and reduce power to etch (Instead of Cut) guide lines and cut out backer board
  3. Paint backer board white
  4. Paint parts per picture with red and blue metallic
  5. Glue parts onto backer board

Your blue and red is ‘in my opinion’ way nicer than the original…same with yr last flag as well.
