Ok, the next thing to try is to install the latest “Visual C++ Redistributable” files from Microsoft (linked from here). These are system files required by our application, which are normally present (and automatically installed with our application if not) but it’s possible that your system has a corrupted or incomplete set of these files.
Your Windows build 25H2 is very recent (Oct25), and it should have those files, but it won’t hurt to install them again or use the “repair” option if prompted. Another consideration with 25H2 is that it may have introduced compatibility issues we haven’t encountered yet.

I’d also recommend you run a System File Check to verify the general health of your Windows installation.
