I have had an issue with using the xoyo in the centre of the work piece.
I had a simple line that was well to the left of centre which was programmed as a profile cut the visualisation showed it to cut in the correct position. However the cnc went to cut the profile on the centre line of the piece i.e. where x0 was. The machine was correctly zeroed on x and y
Toggle the Workpiece switch in the Move window to see if that helps. If it is off, you are using Absolute Coordinates. Hover the mouse over it to see the hint pop up.
