…does this setting apply on Trocen controllers too?
To be clear: I have problem with metal cutting (3mm steel) - the edge of the cut is not straight at small parts, so I wonder this can be caused due the acceleration - the laser beam stays too long at the small distance. Usually I cut this material using an oxygen at 270W/15mm.s-1 (which is 90%), but the minimal power I have set to 10%, which is the low limit to burn the beam at all. I tried various nozzles diameters, various gas pressure etc etc, but it still looks terrible. So maybe I’m looking at the wrong parameters?
Min Power behaves similar on other controllers, yes. I haven’t cut metal with a CO2 so I’m not going to be much help with the settings.
