Tenho uma gravadora laser que montei com um laser de 15w, usando GRBL 1.1h.
Com dois eixos e com homing habilitado.
Tenho um problema que acontecendo quando coloco a posição absoluta.

Mas no GRBL está habilitado $130 e $131(365 x 315).
Na configurações de dispositivo está com as mesmas medidas.
Quando coloco a imagem fora do ponto de origem ele da esse alarme 2 direto.
Já olhei tudo que imaginava e nada!
Vcs tem uma ideia, do que possa estar errado mas configurações?

Error 9 says that the engraver is in a locked state. LightBurn has unlocked it for you. There was likely a previous Alarm.
ALARM 2 says that you tried to send the laser out of the allowed space.
This can be caused by homing incorrectly or physically moving the laser head when it is connected to LightBurn.
In the Console window in LightBurn Request the following reports:
$#
$i
Pressing Enter after each one. If the first report tells us the position information related to ALARM 2. The second report tells us more about your laser.
Please copy both those reports into a reply here.
Next, in the Console window type:
$RST=#
and press enter.
This command erases G54-G59 WCS offsets along with G28/30 positions stored in EEPROM.
Finally, enter the following Command in the Console window.
$H
and press enter.
This should allow the laser to home.

Copy and paste for text is also helpful because it’s easy to put into a translator.

If the laser does not home we will increase the pull-off distance in $27=10
and set $130=355, $131=305 and retest.

Agora não dá mais alarm02 e consigo colocar a arte em qualquer lugar na mesa.

Agora tem um outro problema!
Coloco para fazer a gravação, depois de um tempo gravando a máquina para e o programa continua rodando e não dá nenhum tipo de alarme ou erro.
Já cheguei a tirar o cabo USB e o programa continua rodando.
Agora usando o laserGRBL, funciona normalmente.
Cheguei a trocar o cabo USB e coloquei um de boa qualidade e nada.
Tem algumas vezes que está quase terminando ele trava.
Outras vezes quase na metade trava TB.
Eu estou usando um notebook hp 6530b 32bits

I put it to record, after a while recording the machine stops and the program continues running and does not give any type of alarm or error.
I have already removed the USB cable and the program continues to run.
Now using the laserGRBL, it works normally.
I even changed the USB cable and put a good quality one and nothing.
There are times when it is almost finished and it crashes.
Other times almost halfway hangs TB.
I am using a notebook hp 6530b 32bit
With your project ready to begin, before the ‘Start’ and the Error message, Click File, select Save GCode. This will save the file that the engraver would be reading. The reason for the error should be there and visible.
If you’re willing to post it here, I believe you can upload the file in a reply as is. If the forum rules do not allow the filetype, simply change the filetype to .txt or add .txt on the end of he filename.

Apague o .txt e coloca .rar;
porque e um arquivo compaquitado.
o arquivo .txt esta dentro dele.
o arquivo e muito grande e tive que fazer isso
