Minimum power button disappeared

Do you know if the older version of Lightburn with the min power button is still available ?

Yes. The link I sent you earlier hosts all previous versions. Just uninstall current and install the older version.

Out of interest here’s a file I cut using the older version of Lightburn on my Mac. Many thanks for trying to help.

Can u share the two gcode? Load the original file in 1.0.6 and save as gcode. Then load in 1.1.2 and save as gcode. Then attach this 2 files. In this case we can see if has any difference.

I feel that changing the speed from 450 mm/minute to 300 mm/minute is significant and may have contributed to the burning on the new version.
