have MacBook Air 8gb ram having issues running lightburn.
Running my 2 macbooks from 2014, though with 16GB RAM and an antique Dell, 4GB RAM and LINUX LB 1.7.8, without (computer-related) problems.
What is your specific problem?
2017 MacBook Air 8 gb ram, running lighyburn 2.0.05. running material test and a few coasters job quits halfway thru it.
it is a strange problem have run lightburn fir number of years on 3 other lasers and never had any problems
I assume you have tried changing your USB cable.
You could test whether it is the current LB version that is giving you the problems by installing the version before 2.
it is not usb cable I can run xtool studio and don’t have the same problems as lightburn
You didn’t mention xtool before.
Xtool studio is from 25 and not 4 years old and is not compatible with LB, as far as I know. The machines that run for you with LB, what brands are they?
