Hello. I have been using the TTS-55 Pro device for about 1 week. There is no problem with simple drawings. But in more detailed drawings, there are shifts as you can see in the pictures.
That appears to be a mechanical issue. New machines often have loose parts due to vibration during shipping. First item to check is all the set (grub) screws on all motor and connecting shafts. This link is pretty helpful…
