Miss alinement after running big project with print and cut

i have a issue i dont know if comes from the action i did before or that ther is just something wrong with settings/ i have run a big project with the function print and cut from LB and now my laser is acting up it misses the x and y cordinates result it runs into the orgin corner durring startup and makes a hell of a noise and vibration. pressing reset helps but this is not how it should be.
next to that durring use of laser it also starts miss alignments see a picture.

what can be the problem here?

If it is running into the corner and making noise when turned on, I would check the homing switches and verify they ate making contact and closing properly.
