Hi all, Im having issues with engraving using floodfill. To me it looks like the laser has missed lines. Does anyone know how to fix this issu?e
If the issue is where the sections meet, then you likely have some play in your machine causing the sections to misalign. Where the problem occurs should help you determine if the play is in the X or Y axis.
A photo of the problem would help.

You might try increasing the LPI.
I rarely have any luck with Floodfill. Did you read the Docs or are you experimenting to see what happens (perfectly good choice!)?
Flood Fill is very sensitive to machine tuning and backlash, and can cause gaps in your engraving if the design is too complex and/or your machine is not set up optimally.
