Missing buttons "Set Endingposition"

Hey guys,

I want to set an ending postition on my new Laser. I want the laser to move away from the object when he finished his job.
But I’m missing the “set endingpostition” button.

Is there an option I’m missing out?

Greetings!

I don’t know if there is a display issue or a setting that can disable those buttons. They never disappeared on my installations.

Though, I wanted to add that you can define a finish position in device settings, when it’s the same for every job:

Woah !!!

I just discovered you can hide them using the Beginner Mode switch in the Edit → Settings window and restart Lightburn.

In my opinion, that option should be removed. Nobody ever asked me how to turn stuff off because there were too many buttons to choose from.

Those controls aren’t available for Ruida/DSP machines, because the controller handles it.

Depending on the specific controller, its menu will include a setting for Back position or Return position (or similar words) with several options.

The exact options depend on the controller, of course. I have mine set to return to the Home position in the corner.
