Missing icons on left toolbar

Hello, I’m pretty new at this. I’m missing several icons from my left toolbar. I have read one possible solution in the untitled part on the above toolbar. Mine does not say beginner mode. I cannot figure out how to get them back. I am missing the offset, weld and Boolean tools. I would greatly appreciate any advice! Thank you!

Try window then reset to default layout.
