Am using my laser since a few weeks, evrything was find and now have got probleme with it,
Here is an exemple i have try to burn the word " TEST " and as you can see is missing lot of part of it!

You need to share more. What settings are you using for this job? How do you have the firmware set as well?
Try burning onto something darker. White paper reflects most visible light, including that from a diode laser, so it is actually quite hard to mark, compared to something like cardboard.

Yes, that was the prob, i have just try with normal cardbord and it work perfectly.
