The forum thread that you reference is actual the first in a sequence of threads on the LB plasma journey since 2021. Since the summer of 2022 my LB plasma workflow has settled on LB as CAD and Sheetcam as CAM, it just works more efficiently, even today, for CNC plasma workflow/process. However when LB introduced ‘Custom GCode’ feature in device profiles shortly thereafter, I tinkered with the feature out of curiosity but also to offer feedback to LB. That tinkering is referenced below in what follows. Side note… @adammhaile , living nearby at the time, visited my shop (in late 2021?) which was during my early use of LB for plasma workflow, so I was somewhat ‘vested’ in interest as to how LB was progressing to solve for this CNC process.
