First post new to lasers . I got a 10 watt longer rays with air assist and rotary accessory. Using new version of light burn also using GRBL. My question is there a $$ setting for the sensitivity . If I set something on the table it goes off and has to be reset really a PITA. Thanks in advance for any advice.

My necklace hit the control panel today and it shut down. Any help would be great.
One possibility, is the laser connected to a ground fault outlet there have been reports of them causing problems.
Also is the circuit shared with other devices, there have also been reports this can be a problem.
Sometimes these things can be temperamental.
It is really sensitive it I just touch the screen it will shut down with motion alarm. If someone walks up I automatically say stay away.
I found on the Longer FAQ page how to adjust the flame sensor, but nothing about the motion sensor.
If you can’t get an answer form someone here, I’d contact Longer support to see if they have a work around like the flame sensor.
