It’s not clear what our specific needs are but take a look at the Move window controls. Do they get you what you need?
I am trying to move the laser head using the Ruida control panel when the computer (lightburn) is not connected.

I don’t think there is a distance setting in the ruida controller. You can slow the speed way down if you’re trying to get precision movements though.
Your controller surely uses a different set of buttons, but this may give you a place to search the manual …
On my KT332N, the jog buttons can run in either Manual
or Continuous
mode, as shown by the indicator in the lower right of the display:
Manual
mode, the axes move one step per push, which is probably what you want.
However, setting the exact distance is a major pain. It’s tucked away in Menu → Manual
:
Then you apply the arrow keys to each digit, which is why I leave it set to 0.2 mm: I jog into the neighborhood in Continue
mode, then sleaze up to the exact spot ±0.1 mm in Manual
mode.
You could do that while watching the coordinate display on the main screen, but I’m generally locating something like a Print and Cut
target.
Interesting, now I need to dig into my controller and see if I have those settings. My control panel is different than yours.
I love learning new things.
