Is it possible to move the laser head a set distance from it’s current location without having to go back to LB, e.g move the head 50mm on the x axis using the controller? TIA
Depends. It would help if you specified which Ruida controller you have (your profile lists a likely non-Ruida machine). Some of them let you switch between “Point Movement” and “Continuous Movement” (there’s usually a button for it on the controller that)
Thanks @adammhaile for the answer, we recently added a Ruida 6445 to the machine, we’re still figuring out the menu, sub menus when were have time our hands.
This will make a certain job quicker to set-up. Cheers
