Multiple Passes Reversing Direction

So I have this issue where when I do a line with multiple passes, in the preview it does what I expect and just keeps cutting for X number of cuts, but what happens when I run is at the end of a pass it reverses direction which I would like to avoid.

Not sure if this is just a setting I have somewhere or what so any help would be appreciated.

This is the default because a number of people complained about the original behavior (the one you want) saying that the travel move back to the start of the line was wasting time when it could simply reverse direction. There isn’t a way to change it as a user.

Oh this makes sense, I guess the case I see is a circle where I’m afraid the slow down/reverse is adding extra burn time a the start/stop. Is there a way for closed loops to just continue but keep this behavior for lines?

Are you sure it’s closed? The system is supposed to do closed loops in the same direction and only backtrack for open shapes (like a line).

Sorry about that it looked like some of my shapes weren’t closed, I think I got spoiled because Lightburn warns you for filled shapes not being closed.
