hi i am having a problem with the working space which is 500 x 300 and the actual machine platform. i am using a template which i have previously used many times. for some reason it has shifted and the laser head seems to have shifted about 30mm and the laser actually hits the front wall. if you can help me fix this and or know how it happened i would appreciate it.
Your information is a bit sketchy.
I don’t think you should be able to ‘hit’ the machine if it’s homing (booting) properly.
Does it home?
Ensure the ‘start from’ and ‘job origin’ are set properly
You can read the head location from the move window. After it homes, check it’s location, assuming it stays ‘home’
