The firmware on my P20 engraver needs to be flashed according to but Atezr support but their directions are unintelligible. Also they haven’t provided a file I can open yet, Is there anything I can do on my own?
i looked and i cant find the files either, so that means they will have to provide them
The FAQ says:
10. Graphic misalignment when engraving/cutting.
It belongs to the firmware configuration command error. It is necessary to update the firmware to solve this problem. To obtain the installation package and firmware file, customer service email: service@atezr.com.
