Where did you get the cutting file from? - did you make it entirely yourself?

The kid in me wants to ask…do the wheels spin when you push them?

Thanks! I got the file Etsy for $6.00. I did this myself. The wheels don’t turn but you can make them turn with some extra detailing. The hardest part was cutting the parts for the fenders. They bend so it has to be cut perfect. I did many trials before I got the settings right.
