My cutter doesn't move anymore

Hello, I came to resolve my question about my cutter. It’s an A12 Pro. It was working fine until one day I tried to connect a roller, and the Y-axis stopped moving. Now it makes noises, doesn’t move, and shows those errors. How can I fix it? I can’t move it from the window

That’s expected. The Roller chuck replaces the Y axis motor.
They mention a switch controlling this:

Where are the noises coming from? The rotary, or the Y axis?
