Converted from bitmap to vector in LB
When finished I sprayed with 2 coats of polyurethane.

Those came out well. Nice dark black and no obvious smoke hazing.

Did you use Fill or Image toolpath? What resolution?

Do you need varnish for sealing?
As soon as they were do e I sprayed with polyurethane coating. Ill add this to my post. 
Used Fill. Originals were image but i traced in LB
