Hi, I have recently bought a 3018 cnc with grbl g controls.
I started out by setting up my 5.5w diode laser on my cnc and the first time it worked fine, I could see where it had to engraved in the acrylic piece I wanted.
After around an hour the laser has suddenly stopped marking the surface of my material.
I have checked my speeds and settings and they seem to be fine and when I start it going you can see the laser on the material and it moves around correctly but it is as though the laser isn’t powerful enough anymore, even though it was working earlier.
Any advice on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
