What laser, what settings, has it ever cut ? the more info we have the easier it will be to get the correct answer.
Ok, I’m new to light burn, I have watched most videos but still can’t get my laser to cut, I have an atom stack pro10s, I can’t provide pictures tonight as the laser is in the workshop, am happy to provide them tomorrow though… Is there a setting for cutting cos I can’t find it!!
To cut you use LINE with the appropriate settings, and to get those you will need to do a material test (for each different material/batch of material), which is found in the laser tools menu.
I still cant get my laser to cut, it has never cut, I’m new here so don’t understand all the jargon, please what am i doing wrong, what photo’s do you want??
Start by reading the LightBurn doc to get an overview of the jargon and processes:
Work through the sample projects to understand the basics. Use cheap material, perhaps paper, so you can make lots of mistakes and learn from them.
When someone offers to help and asks a question, answer the question.
