I am trying to figure out why my lettering is reading .5” but when I got to engrave the tumbler it is over 2”.
This is likely due to an incorrect mm per rotation setting in your Rotary Setup. Try adjusting that value until your rotary (if you’re using a roller rotary, make sure you are watching the roller, not an object on it), makes one complete rotation before returning to the starting position.
