after i used the new ray 5 10w for one hour to set up and to engrave some pattern ,stop to engrave and doesnt produce light. what is the problem.
Are you saying it was working then stopped?
Yes does not produce light ,I make some trials of mine with small patterns, and tests and after an hour stop, the other fictions are good .
It’s a new one I received that 8 of February 2024.
Can you download and try it on laserGRBL and see if you encounter the same problem?
I wiil try it but the problem was the same when I was trying to print via sd card function
I just try with RGBL software exactly the same results . Have you any idea what is the problem???
I would say then it is a hardware problem. Bad connection or failed component.
Are leds working on the laser head?
Yes both leds are working on the head the head is moving properly without problem , it’s like a normal engraver without light .
