My Ortur master 3 laser is cutting out of the outline shape of my item

Hi…I need some help with my Ortur Master 3 laser machine that is not cutting properly.

In the 1st image it was cutting perfectly but after doing about 15 keychains, the machine started to cut off which is shown in the second image.

I’ve checked and adjusted the belts, pulleys, gantry and nothing seems to work.

Please help me to find out what the problem is and the solution as I have many orders to fulfill at the moment.

It’s possible that your laser diode is being overworked/getting overheated, and reducing power as a result after a long run like that.

If you let the machine cool down, then run again, do you get the initial result once again?

yes…I tried another day just testing one and it still does that

That could be your optics being dirty - remove the diode head and gently clean the lens with a lint free cloth + alcohol
