My atezr v35 laser cuts a 100 x 100 mm box as 100mm(x) x 132mm(y)
I discovered this while trying to calibrate the atomstack a1c camera. The camera will not calibrate. It is off my 4 to 5 cm and i can’t get it to align so I stmbled on sizing issue.
I read about calibrating x y axis but I don’t understand the instructions.

Any chance you enabled rotary mode in lightburn?
Or changed the firmware settings?

rotary is not enabled .
My next thought is to unistall and start over but I can’t find how to uninstall the laser.

your steps per mm are correct
Your size of shift is TOO big to be a belt tension issue, therefore i am certain that something is up with your rotary mode
I would
a) in console type
$RST=* press enter to reset to defaults
b) redo your profile and make sure there are no odd settings
c) rerun the job making 100% sure rotary is NOT enabled
