My Xtool D1 is not capturing my New Lightburn 120 camera. It's just cycling but never show the image
I really need help! I uninstalled Lightburn and I installed it back. Nothing came from this process.
I tried placing the honeycomb tray under , nothing, I made sure my burn was dark enough, nothing happened. I switched to my new Macbook Pro 2021, nothing. And I have the latest software for my unit and the latest version of Lightburn.
