worked fine yesterday but today nothing but the “Home” action 
I have tried different device settings with no success, ive even reloaded lightburn, still nothing. I’ve made sure lid is firmly shut on every occasion. Now I’ve run out of ideas, so any help would be grateful, thanks
Does your machine home without being connected to the MACbook? If it does, you may have a communications issue.
What do you see in the Console window?
Hi Mike, thanks for your input. I’ve found the problem by trying to use xtool creative space and that showed up a problem with the riser, saying to check the screw fixings. So I took off the riser and now everything is back to normal, I contacted xtool in relation to this so we’ll see how to resolve it.
