My Y axis will not move during burning. It only goes back and forth on the same line. I’ve tried multiple file types and messed with the power settings but nothing improved.
What about the connection to the stepper motor? Is it plugged in securely?
Thank you LeoG. It moves fine whenever I’m telling it where to burn. It just doesn’t move along the Y axis while burning.
I moved the max power to 75% and now it’s working. Why would a decrease in power effect the motor turning?
