Need dot width correction the other way (make larger)

The dot width correction is not a bad idea- but the implementation assumes that all dashes are wider than the line from center to center and can only make them narrower.

This is not true. On lighter power burns, you can get a burn that only shows up in the middle of a dash and needs to be corrected by making wider.

Case in point, I’m doing a Norton White Tile on an Atomstack A5. It looks like a high quality picture until the primer is stripped. Now, all the dithering speckles that were present before cleaning are gone.

Basically, the single-pixel dashes were too narrow to mark the tile at all. Where there’s 2 or 3 adjacent black pixels, then it DID mark and fuse into the tile. It has the power, it just needs the dashes wider to create the intended burn.
