Need help.we have a brand new lc2000 galvo scanner.and I think it have a problem guide light not working and when it marking on laser mode it can’t stop.and if I start to run it it didn’t marking.can someone help me
I’m not seeing any indication that it is Lightburn compatible; generally in the case above it relates to the io settings, that the correct output port mapping for start/stop/red light control are not set.

I can try, but not via WhatsApp! Do you have any further information? Are you using the manufacturers software? What type is the laser source? How is it connected to your computer?

It’s rather difficult to help if you provide none of the requested information. The “LC-2000” seems to be also referred to as the CNF-130. It’s not marketed as Lightburn compatible. It’s for online marking. I recommend you speak to the company you purchased it from for support, or look at
