hello my laptop crashed and ive had to reinstall everything from the start my laser came with ezcad 2 and ive upgraded to lightburn i seem to have the software and drivers reinstalled and it functions in ezcad but when i load lightburn and run it nothing is happing
EZCad and LightBurn used different drivers. You can’t run both. There is good info in the LightBurn docs on installing the proper driver for LightBurn, and even how to swap back and forth if you need to use EZCad 2 for something:

ok i followed the instructions and got the driver, before i loaded the driver i installed my laser and named it so now when i launch lightburn i dont get the find my device option how would i delete the laser and reinstall it
Hit the Devices button. This will list all of the lasers you have configured. You can edit the existing one, or delete and add new:
Looks like your screen resolution on your laptop is very low, and that part is hidden behind the bottom of the LightBurn window. There is not enough space for two rows of windows on the right. This video should help you rearrange your windows on the right:
