I bought the insma 3000mw mini laser engraver and it showed up great and powered fine. It came with a thumb drive with it to download drivers and software. It was suppose to come with options for Mac OS - Win OS - and Phone Support program. The drive came with the Mac and phone options but no Windows option like it was suppose to. I’m using a Win 10 computer in which I use lightburn and a ortur 15w laser which functions just fine. Need to get the win software or learn to get grbl program instead maybe? Need some help please since I’m still fresh the lightburn program still thanks!
I believe the Insma engravers use custom firmware, and aren’t compatible with LightBurn.
I hope I can use with lightburn and hoping anyone else got any more solutions?
