How do I contact customer service? I purchased the software yesterday but accidentally entered a non existing email address. I emailed yesterday and they wanted proof of purchase like an order number. But that was sent to that non existing account. I can prove from the bank statement that I purchased it yesterday if that helps.

I did email them. They at first said I needed to provide proof of the order. But that would be impossible since it was sent to a non existing company. They say they have no record of the purchase.
However, there is a company called yorahome.inc that is attached to that transaction on my account. Is this normal? I bought the program from the light burn web sight.
