laser is not firing and every time I try to start a job it shows this message.
I have never seen this but the message usually refers to some part of the machine having power issues.
The Ruida has leds on the controller that tell some things such as an internal error within the controller…
Have you checked all the supply voltages?
I would assume the 5V led is illuminated since the console works.
