Need Trial Reset ... Laser Took 2 Months to Arrive :(

Hi everyone,

My laser machine took almost two months to arrive because it got stuck in customs (I live in an Island). I extended the LightBurn trial as much as possible, but unfortunately I couldn’t really use it. Now my trial is completely expired.

Is there any way the team could reset it for me?

I’d really like to test the software properly before purchasing.

I think you get 3 trial extensions after the first 30 days.
75 days, just sayin.

Yes, I know … I already used all the extensions! The problem is that I could only actually use the program for about a week or so because my machine arrived very late.

That’s why I’m asking if there’s any way to reset the trial. :downcast_face_with_sweat:

You had plenty of time to play with Lightburn and learn the drawing features. If you were able to use it for a week, that shows it is compatible with your machine. That is the real purpose of the trial period I believe.

I too bought Lightburn a month before (after 2 weeks trial) I could get home and test it on my machine. I figured I could edit the GCode if it was not compatible with my laser optioned CNC machine.
