Hey guys.
So we’ve been using this Neje 2s max for a little more than a month and it worked perfect.
Today we turbed it on and started doing a job. In the middle of the job the Light went very thin and the laser did basically nothing.
So… Is the diode burnt? What happened. Its not like we overcharged it. We used usually 45-85 percentage of power.
Can that be fixed or we are screwed?
If you have it for less than 2 months is better call neje support and tell them what is your problem
We did. We will probably get a replacement but it takes time. Just wandered if you guys had something similar as a problem before.
