Hi! I used to use a NEJE 2 Max with Ligthburn, which worked perfectly fine. Now I’m trying to connect my new Neje 3 MAX laser. It seems like it makes connection. However, it says ‘busy’ all the time and I cannot start a project or send something to the laser. I’ve installed the drivers, restarted the computer etc. Anyone knows what to do?
The USB cable has a ferrite core?

I don’t have a NEJE but I was some trouble with communication. After change that cable for one with ferrite core all communication problems end.
I changed the USB cable right away and it seems to work. Thanks a lot
